Wesley Chapel Development Proposal
12.7.2017 – The Moser Group, Inc. presented the above updated site plan for the Wesley Chapel project as well as a Vision Presentation for community members last night at the Town Hall. After numerous meetings with community members, and taking into consideration what can be a win/win for all parties, we updated the site plan to have a smaller development footprint and less of a commercial impact. The new site plan removes the existing pond from the project limits as well. We have eliminated the entrance across from the school, and as a part of the overall traffic impact analysis, we will be requesting a traffic signal warrant analysis for the intersection at the Price Mill neighborhood entrance. We were excited to present, what we believe, to be a modified version that can be of great benefit to the Village of Wesley Chapel and its community members.
