Neal Sharkey established The Sharkey Law Firm, PLLC in 2014 after serving 15 years in the U.S. Army and 15 years in corporate America. Attorney Sharkey’s personal motto is “Relationships matter” and he lives this statement out in the way he serves his community, his family, and his clients.

To serve his community, Neal has been an assistant Scoutmaster with a local Boy Scout troop. He also leads a small group at his church. When we asked Neal what he is most excited about being in this new space, he stated “I am thrilled that the space I am now in was the old Sheriff’s office and has a connection to the community. I like being able to continue serving the community from a space that has such a unique connection.”

Neal treasures the relationships he has with his family as well. Neal and his wife have been married for over 21 years. Together, they are raising teenaged twins, a son and a daughter.

Not only does he cherish his community and family, but he also puts the same amount of effort into his relationships with his clients. You can trust that he does his research and will take the time to understand your situation completely before guiding you through the next steps. Now, behind the scenes of Neal and The Sharkey Law Firm, you will meet Cecile. As The Sharkey Law Firm’s office manager, she draws on her administrative experience as a personal assistant and travel agent. Cecile is known for all of her amazing travel adventures – Australia, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Africa are among some of her beloved travel destinations.

We asked The Sharkey Law Firm why they chose Indian Trail / Union County as their new office location; Neal Sharkey stated “Indian Trail is a rapidly growing community with few legal service providers. There is a genuine need for more legal services in the community. I feel a connection with Indian Trail- my children go to school here, my family shops here and we live nearby.“
