KINGS MOUNTAIN APARTMENTS APPROVED

Cleveland County approved +/- 360 Apartments near the Kings Mountain Casino. The Moser Group Inc. loved to work with Cleveland County on this special project. The new casino is a $273 million casino complex off of I-85 (Exit 5) in Kings Mountain, NC. The casino includes 195,000 square-feet with a 75,128 square-feet gaming floor, 1,796 electronic gaming devices and 54 table games, 1,500 hotel rooms, restaurants, stores and a full concert and event venue. These new apartments will help house staff, families and construction teams for this new addition to Kings Mountain!
