Partner, Rebecca Robison, has been practicing law for over 20 years. Rebecca attended The Ohio State University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and then went to Capital University Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. She is born and raised in North Carolina, now residing with her family in Union County.

Sherri Smith, a partner, is a Union County native and is thrilled to be back working in the Sun Valley Community. After graduating from UNCW in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she then went on to study at the Charlotte School of Law obtaining a Juris Doctor degree. She said she is often questioned as to why I practice family law. “The truth is that I really enjoy helping people – yes, even through the drama and raw emotions that come with divorces and custody disputes. When a client comes to me for an initial consultation, my goal is to help this client feel like there is a plan moving forward.”

The Paralegal for Robison Smith Law, Elizabeth Helms, began her career in 2014. She was born and raised in Union County, North Carolina, graduated from Sun Valley High School, and obtained her Paralegal degree from South Piedmont Community College. In addition to fulfilling her duties as a paralegal, she is also here to “provide encouragement and empathy to our clients through a very overwhelming chapter in their lives.”
