Brenda joined the Moser Group in 2021 as a broker, brokerage assistant, and transaction coordinator. As a licensed broker, she is able to assist with all aspects of the real estate transaction including listing and/or showing properties, updating brokerage records, as well as preparing and/or reviewing contracts and other documents needed for the sale or purchase of the commercial or residential real estate.

Experience

Prior to coming to the Moser Group, Brenda worked as a licensed broker and assistant to the Broker-in-Charge at Holden Realty. During her time there, she learned many aspects of real estate transactions involving client relations, contracts, legal representations, mortgages, and appraisals preparing her for many of her responsibilities at the Moser Group.

Education and Afflictions

Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Marketing from Mars Hill University and has been a licensed NC Real Estate Broker since 2016. She and her husband, John, moved to Union County in 1995 and worship at First Baptist Church Indian Trail where John has served on staff for almost 27 years and Brenda is an amazing singer in the choir.
