NorthPoint Development Starts Construction on First Piece of Massive Statesville Industrial Park

Colin Huguley- Charlotte Business Journal JLL’s Spencer Yorke, who is leading leasing efforts for the Statesville project on behalf of NorthPoint Development, said the first building of 585,880 square feet is under construction.
