Dennis W. Moser, MAI is a lifelong native of Union County. Dennis is a graduate of Appalachian State University, with a degree in Business Administration. He started DM Properties in 1989 & The Moser Group in 1995 and has 20 years of commercial appraisal, brokerage and development experience. Dennis was voted 2006 Union County Entrepreneur of the Year. Dennis has earned one of the industries Highest Honors in the MAI designation.

Dennis holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. In addition, Dennis holds a North Carolina and South Carolina Broker's License and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.

Other Board Memberships include Carolina Youth Commission, Jessie Helms Center & United Way. He is Also a founding board member of New Dominion Bank. Dennis is currently serving as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Indian Trail. Dennis and wife Patti live in weddington with their two daughters Lexie and Mackenzie. Dennis has dedicated much of his time over the last 5 years to sharing his "Living A Delayed Gratification Lifestyle" seminars to churches, high schools and colleges throughout the region. Annette is a native Charlottean. She has an extensive background in general brokerage since 2000. Annette has worked in the construction and real estate industry for the past 24 years, specializing in land acquisition and site selection, and holds both a NC and SC license. She is currently a chairperson for United Way's Community Investment Volunteer Program and has volunteered extensively for Girl Scouts of America. Annette is a member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors. She currently lives in Union County with her husband and son.

Ed Hord joined The Moser Group after working in the property and casualty insurance industry for 20 years, where his background was in underwriting and marketing commercial property. During his insurance career, Ed earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, one of the highest educational achievements in the industry. He also taught continuing education classes across the state.

In 1997, Ed joined The Moser Group as an appraiser, and handled a wide range of commercial properties with an emphasis on industrial properties. He got his sales license in 2002. Ed currently holds a broker's license as well as a North Carolina Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license, and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.

Ed is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has lived in the Charlotte area for over 25 years. He lives with his wife and son in southern Mecklenburg County. They are members of Holy Covenant United Church of Christ.

Van is a Union County native with 29 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. He holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Van also holds the certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Charlotte Board of Realtors, as well as the Union County Home Builders Association. His community and association involvement have included: Member of the Kiwanis Club of Monroe, Programs Committee of the Charlotte Board of Realtors, Board of Trustees for Lake Park Christian Academy, Board of Directors for Turning Point, Long Range Planning Committee for Rolling Hill Country Club and the Legislative Committee for The Union County Home Builder's Association. Van has also served on the City of Monroe Residential Advisor Council, The Union County Home Builder's Board of Directors, Rose Hill HOA Board of Directors and is a past President of Rolling Hills Country Club.

Van holds both a N.C. and S.C. Real Estate License.

Dennis Taylor, Broker, is a Union County native and graduated from Sun Valley High School and Winthrop University with a Degree in Business Administration. Dennis is active in his church, Weddington Methodist, and is a Lay Witness Coordinator. Dennis enjoys golf and his grandchildren.

Dennis has been with The Moser Group, Inc. for five years and has a real estate license in North and South Carolina.

Lifelong resident of Mecklenburg & Union Counties. Graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in industrial Management. Arnold has over 30 years experience as a real estate broker in North & South Carolina specializing in development, commercial and investment property. He has worked 18 years as a land broker for a large Charlotte based Real Estate Company. He holds a Contractors License, is past vice president of Weddington Builders, Inc., Mecklenburg & Union County Homebuilders Association, Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, North Carolina and the National Association of Realtors, and Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors. He lives in Matthews North Carolina with his wife Linda; they have 5 children, and eight grandchildren.

Katherine is a recent graduate of Elon University. She was an honor student and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Elon, Katherine double majored with a focus in Business Administration, and with a Marketing concentration.

Katherine was also inducted into the business honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma, was a Leadership Fellow, and a President's List student. Katherine was also active in extracurricular activities both on campus and in the Elon Community.

In addition to her career with The Moser Group, Inc. Katherine is close to completing her Master's of Business Administration at UNC Charlotte, where she is concentrating on Real Estate and Real Estate Development.

Katherine holds a N.C and S.C license and has begun preparation for her future CCIM Designation. Katherine was also honored as being the recipient of the CCIM National Chapter Education Scholarship.

Katherine was recently crowned Miss North Carolina, 2009.

Donald J. Myers was born in New Jersey, joined the Air Force and graduated from the University of Maryland. Don moved to Southern California where he met and married his wife of 44 years, Diana. Don's business career moved him to Portland, Oregon and then back to California. From there he moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for thirty years of the largest office furniture company in the state of Arizona. He and Diana eventually moved back to California.

Don and Diana both joined Coldwell Banker in California and were "Agents of the Year" for 2007. Don is a Commercial Realtor in North Carolina, South Carolina and California. Don is also a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. His is very active in the community as a member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of the Monroe Rotary Club. Don and his wife are also members of the Rolling Hills Country Club.

Bill Morgan, MAI, is a native of Union County and has over 30 years in real property appraising, developing and brokering.

Bill is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Economics. In addition, Bill holds the MAI designation as awarded by The Appraisal Institute. The past 26 years have been concentrated in appraising, developing and brokerage. Properties appraised include retail, multifamily, office, industrial and hospitality. Bill is a former instructor at the Carolina School of Real Estate. Bill is a member of Forest Hill Church in Charlotte.

In addition to the MAI designation, Bill is a NC State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, a member of the Charlotte Regional Board of Realtors, and a licensed NC General Contractor.

Ken Horn has been involved in real estate as a licensed broker and appraiser for over 20 years. Ken grew up in Los Angeles where he began his career working in residential real estate as a real estate broker at the age of twenty. After moving to Charlotte in 1995, Ken became a certified real estate appraiser and has worked for some of the most prominent appraisal firms in the Charlotte region. Specializing in commercial real estate, he has provided appraisal and consulting services to most of the major financial institutions in the Charlotte region. Ken has extensive experience in every aspect of commercial real estate including the valuation of subdivisions, apartments and other multi-tenant investment properties. Ken joined the Moser Group in 2007 providing brokerage, appraisal and consulting services

Steve is a native of Ohio and a resident and real estate broker of North Carolina since 1976. In the late 1970's, Stephen worked for local Realty companyin Monroe, primarily in residential sales. In the late 1980's Stephen was also licensed as an auctioneer. Since then Stephen has run his own real estate company and joined The Moser Group in July of 2009.

Stephen has a B.S. degree in Sociology and Speech Communication from Wingate University and a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel Theological Seminary of Monroe. He is a former Christian pastor.

Stephen has experience in commercial sales and in land development and project creation and management. He has worked with subdivision developers in both residential and commercial, having helped to create numerous subdivisions in Union County. He has experience also in apartment and mini-warehouse construction, sales, and management.

Stephen resides in Union County with his wife Paulette of 24 years.

Vernon E. Baumrind, MAI, CCIM has 37 years of commercial appraisal, brokerage and development experience throughout the Carolinas, having resided in Charlotte during the past 22 years. Vernon holds the highest honors awarded by the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and the CCIM Institute (CCIM), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS. Appraisal and consulting assignments completed throughout the southeast include vacant land; multi-tenant and single tenant office and retail buildings and shopping centers, proposed and existing apartment and condominium complexes, industrial, office/warehouse properties, commercial buildings; single family residences; residential subdivisions, mixed-use developments, proposed and existing mobile home parks, mini-warehouses; nursing homes, churches, restaurants, motels, hotels, marinas, golf courses, cemeteries and assorted single-purpose properties.

Vernon's development experience includes residential and commercial subdivisions, office and condo projects, single and multi-tenant office/ warehouse projects, townhome and apartment projects, several shopping centers, fast food restaurants, and automotive service centers.
