We are excited to announce multiple new tenants to Sun Valley Commons in Indian Trail, NC. Sun Valley Commons has expanded its tenant mix with another fully leased building added to the center.

The building is +/- 11,400SF and includes Koerich Orthodontics, the U-nique Boutique, Kiddie Cove Drop-in Daycare, and Charanda Mexican Restaurant.

Koerich Orthodontics is open for business by husband and wife Dr. Lindsey Koerich and Dr. Leonardo Koerich. Services provided include clear braces, Invisalign, and Interceptive orthodontics.
